CocoNUTS

It seems I have fully succumb to dry shampoo's, but still maintain the fact that I am not splashing out £3or whatever for Batiste. I just feel like they run out too quickly to spend that much money on! (but I'm really tight, and a bit poor like that) So, I am forever looking for cheaper alternatives. You may remember by post about the Aldi variety a while ago, whilst that smelt great and did the job I still felt the need to explore alternatives a little more....

I then spotted the Inecto Coconut Dry Shampoo in Bodycare for £1.49. I've seen this range of coconut scented products before and I'm sure I tried some years ago and thought it was OK. I've not seen any other Coconut dry shampoo's around so thought I'd give it a go!
The major thing that sealed the deal was the fact they use the word ''Fantastically'' on the packaging. I don't know why but this word looks simply wondrous in that description. I hope they bought the Copy Writer a nice big bar of dairy milk for that little pleasure to read. Maybe I'm being a bit over zealous, but hey, I love a good WORD.
So, the product itself.... UH-MAZE-ING. Seriously. It smells divine. Not quite the coconut smell you'd imagine either. Kind of like a shea butter scent almost with a nice sweet twang. It makes me hair feel instantly soft and smooth without being  greasy or weighed down. I don't think it gives the same kind of volumising effects as Batiste but that's not really what I want it for anyway. And for £1.49 a can it's great. I'm a dry shampoo convert! You can try it for yourself at your local  BodyCare store.

  2. Things like these make me wish I lived in the UK. Coconut is one of my favourite scents in the world. The whole world. And a product that would make my hair smell, well, fantastically would definitely be a favourite of mine.
Thanks for sharing! I'll have my friend in the UK go shopping again soon I think.

  5. I got this for £1 at my local chemist the other day. I don't really like the smell of Batiste plus as you said it is pretty expensive. This one on the other hand smells lovely and definitely loving the price!
