Objects of Desire – My Sweet Delirium

I recently discovered this awesome Etsy shop when Lily from Beautys Bad Habit tweeted about. I have a bit of an unhealthy obsession with antlers and taxidermy, considering I’m not a goth or owt (owt is Stoke talk for ‘anything’ by the way) The other week I almost succumb to a beautiful taxidermy polecat in a local antiques shop, but thought it might freak the cat out too much! If’s its macabre, handmade, beautiful or quirky I am in. And this shop ticks all the boxes.
Anyway, here’s my favourite picks from My Sweet Delirium!
Magpie skull and wings necklace.
£45
Antlers Headband
£45
Rabbit skull bib necklace
£35
Apart from being absolutely amazing, one of a kind pieces they are also a really affordable price. All the skulls are sourced ethically too. So you don’t have to worry about any creatures suffering to make such aesthetically pleasing things! And also these images of the products being worn are so good!
What do you think? Grotesque or Beautiful?
Dibs on the Antler Headband!

Love it! I wouldn't be brave enough to wear them, but I do have a taxidermy squirrel. He was my big Christmas present from my boyf, and he's called Gregory. I, too, have to stop myself buying more!

I'm not sure I'd be completely confident wearing them myself but WOW they're so lovely!!

Hehe, I tweeted the link 😛 I'm getting the antlers for my birthday from my parents and may ask my sister for the bib! I'm not that gothy either, but these are GORGEOUS.
