I’m not one for being ‘on trend’ but two things I really haven’t been able to ignore lately are: cut out shoulder tops and studded slipper shoes. I’ve been after some good cut out shoulder tops for so so long, since about May last year actually! I’ve bought a few off eBay which have been utterly crap, then I found some awesome T Shirts in New Look to curb my desire for them. But now, oh Forever 21, you have made my life complete with this mustard number!
There I was innocently perusing the sale section, when I spotted it. This cut out shoulder, mustard, long line top. It ticked every box imaginable for me. The reason I love cut out shoulder tops is because I’m super paranoid about having the limbs of an obese person on a child’s torso, only made worse by the fact I have a tattoo on my arm. It seems to draw attention to it and make me think everyone is checking out my bingo wings. I’ll get over it though I’m sure. This top perfectly frames my bit of body art whilst also being so comfortable and cool (for if we ever get a sunny day again) The best of it is, it cost £8.99 and was on buy one get one free. So I bought a jumper too. Just for thrills. I’ve teamed it with some burgundy leggings from Primark which cost about a quid. Bazinga.
I mentioned my studded shoes right? Look how beautiful they are! And the best bit about these is they cost £14.99, a massive saving compared to the ones that have been frequenting Topshop recently which cost around £30. And it got even better as all the shoes in Deichmann
, (you know, my favourite ever shoe shop) were on buy one pair get another half price! Bargain bingo right there. Have you picked up any bargains lately?
