Recently I was contacted by Argento to see if I’d like to have one of these adorably cute silver heart bracelets in my life. How could I turn down something so dainty? Well, I am kind of turning in down, as I thought this would make a better gift to make someone super happy than it would being selfish and keeping the little piece of urchin sized loveliness for myself. I decided this would make a lovely little gift for my mum instead. I don’t tend to do spontaneous presents for anyone, so I knew as soon as I handed this over my mum she would be so over come with surprise and thanks she would literally break down in tears at the gesture… I joke of course, she didn’t cry, she simply said ‘Awww, thanks Tez’ (she’s the only one allowed to call me that) and that what the end of the story, but yes, usually I’m kind of thoughtless and don’t get presents for the sake of presents. It just makes me more special when I do, don’t ya think? (insert winky emoticon)
Anyway, I really can’t believe how pristine the packaging was for this small wonder, it was actually a shame to unwrap it to check the contents before I gave it! The envelope itself was pretty ‘snazzy’ (as Victoria
would say) and inside there were some luscious suedette gift bags which contained the treasure. The bracelet itself is so teeny tiny, it would be a nice little gift for most people actually, as it’s an inoffensive style to suit most tastes. As it is part of the ‘Karma’ range
I figured by giving this cutey away I’d receive some karma coupons My Name Is Earl style… I bought a scratch card (if not a little too enthusiastically) on my way home from giving it to my mother and alas I did not win. So I’m not sure how quickly this whole karma thing works, but if it would kick in any time soon that would be quite splendid really.
For a total of £8 it’s not just an adorable little bracelet you’re getting, but a whole little special parcel of joy in one shiny envelope. The delivery was super quick, the other gift bag contained a lazer cut #loveagento hashtagged heart, and the aesthetics of the whole shindig was super happy fun times indeed. If you’re after a little gift as a gesture of goodwill, or maybe you actually like someone and want to surprise them, the Argento website
certainly is a treasure trove of shiny goodness.
