What You Waiting For? Make Up Revolution Palette

So new budget make up brand on the block ‘Make Up Revolution’ have already begun to release even MORE make up goodness. Lucky for me I’m on their little PR list and they sent me an amazing surprise package which contained some of their brand new palettes and treats for me to wrap my FACE around. I have always been a complete Gwen Stefani/No Doubt groupie, so obviously the first product I cracked out was the ‘What you waiting for?’ palette, which you can see online here. This limited edition palette contains a range of lovely neutral and nude tones, which includes 12 shimmery shades and 6 matte colours. I know the beauty blogging world is full of swatches of these things at the moment though, so I thought I would ‘review’ the palette through a range of interpretive gifs. Hurrah!

What You Waiting For? Make Up Revolution Palette
So, you open your mail and you find the new products within! Yay!! You bust out a happy dance and instagram that goodness straight away, hashtag bbloggers… But apart from your fellow beauty bloggers, not many other people understand the excitement:
You ignore the bore though and continue to instagram swatches, close ups and packaging pictures galore! People MUST UNDERSTAND HOW GOOD THIS FEELS TO HAVE SUCH GREAT MAKE UP IN THE MAIL, THEY MUST:

So you crack out your new make up palettes for a few days to test how great they really are. Obviously going for the Gwen Stefani inspired one first, oh dayyummmm you’re getting the hang of this eyeshadow and make up lark:

Yep, those pigmented and lovely shades really are awesome. They turn out to be super blendable and compliment your pale complexion a treat. Although you’re not too keen on the matte finish eyeshadows on the whole, the shades ‘Scary Conversation’ and ‘Take a Chance’ are now your new daily ritual. HEY EVERYBODY COME SEE HOW GOOD I LOOK:

And then before you know it you’ve gone back to the Make Up Revolution site and bought a load more of their products just to try, because one simply cannot live with just one palette alone (and they are limited edition, so you need to stock up, right)

Overall, I do love this palette!! Maybe a touch more than my Iconic 1 set, but only because of the obvious inspiration from Gwen that the What You Waiting For? palette channels. I do have a few more products to feature from the range, and you can head over to my instagram for a sneaky peak of what I got! But I just literally couldn’t wait to share this one!

I am tempted my make up revolution but you have to wonder when the nude palettes will stop! I'm tempted between this and the iconic 3 if I'm honest.. *conveniently forgets about unused MUA palettes*

Wow, you seem to find such fabulous and brilliantly priced make up and accessories! I've found so many new things through here and these palettes looks wonderful. I've just finished all the light shades in a Ltd Edn Bobbi Brown eyeshadow set and have just bought some Bourjois pale colours so that I can use up the darker shades. I really wish I'd seen this post today before I bought the Bourjois ones or even better found the colours on my mat! I'll definitely be keeping this brand in mind especially as they are a fraction of the Smashbox holiday palettes.

I just got this today. The shades are gorgeous but the two typos on the plastic are annoying me haha
